A UFO was seen in the middle of the night over Tbilisi's western area of Saburtalo. It was a very large light which appeared dark yellow and brown.  It lit up towards the east which was the direction the observer was looking in.  In approximately one minute's time the light increased and decreased, then it disappeared.  No sound was heard during the time it was observed.
