This happened around the first days of July, 1982.  At the time I was working on a statue in Kutaisi.  It was summer and a usual evening about 9 - 10 p.m. At that time  two of my friends came. I was seated in a chair and my friends were talking. Suddenly I saw in the sky a strange light. At the time I thought that it must to be a lighted rocket. I quickly understood that I was wrong because the light hung in one place. The first time my friends didn't see it and I asked them - what is it? Then the object started to change color. Yellow light became green-blue light and around it was a white circle. The light was so bright that I can see everything on the ground.  One of my friends became scared and went home. The object didn't make any sound.  There was one strange thing, it kept changing its shape. After 1.5 - 2 minutes it became a cone-like shape and very quickly moved in the sky.

After several days I had a call from Gizo Gabeskiria and he told me that he also had seen that phenomenon. He saw it in a different location (Betania Place near Tbilisi). He told me that the object was moving in Tskneta (a village near Tbilisi) location and it had a fiery red body and because of that reason he couldn't see its shape.  The object disappeared over the horizon.  In the sky a round wide rainbow with a blue color in the center stayed for some time.
